Project management for several key DMV initiatives including a large I.T security evaluation project.
The security evaluation/hardening initiative at DMV interfaces with most if not all I.T groups at DMV and is tasked with improving our security posture through evaluations (and eventually changes to) of current processes/procedures/applications. This will require co-ordination of several areas and will be producing documentation and tracking project progress for this very high profile initiative. In addition, this position will be coordinating the efforts of an upgrade to some of our software that produces correspondence.
