1. Strong experience with JBoss, Apache and Tomcat install & configuration

2. Good knowledge of Linux OS and server monitoring tools

3. Good understanding of High Availability configuration and clustering concepts

4. Good understanding of Disaster recovery process and configuration

5. Knowledge of debugging log files to find the root cause

6. Knowledge of Data source configuration

7. Knowledge of ANT and Maven

8. Knowledge of client-server configuration properties in general



Should have worked in managed support service engagements and with strong flair for customer support & good communication/soft-skills.
