Required technical skills

ü 10+ years’ experience with 4+ years of experience on Pega PRPC (6.x, 7.x versions) and frameworks

ü Pega CSSA/CLSA certification

ü Pega Integration Specialist.

ü Awareness of various PEGA products.



Domain

- Insurance domain - prior experience preferred



Role wise skills

? Strong Programming Skills on Pega

? Ability to define (add/modify) new architectures and anchor review of artifacts.

? Analytical ability, ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point, learnability in new domains, Ability to create complex, large scale and software/hardware intensive solutions,

? Ability to clearly articulate and engage technically with senior technology/management team of customers

? Excellent command on various implementation methodologies like PEGA SMART BPM, Agile, Scrum.

? Ability to drive and own the DCO process.
