Has extensive troubleshooting (tier 3+) Works to support client to include evaluating vendor proposals, writing technical documentation and providing and delivering end-user training when needed
•Multi-Vendor, multi-platform unified communications engineer with design and implementation experience. Extensive troubleshooting and internal client management skills.
