Complete Description:  -Perform intake assessment of projects based on predefined criteria
-Schedule tasks according to assessment results
-Review and edit communication plans and individual communications for accuracy, articulated business drivers and clarity, including the translation of technical issues to non-technical audiences 
-Ensure timely completion of business readiness tasks, including securing approvals of communication items
-Provide assistance with process and procedure documentation, including development of Visio diagrams and process narratives

What knowledge, skills, abilities, experiences, certifications are needed for this position?  
-A strong knowledge of developing customer business communications emphasizing cost benefit analyses, return on investments, and value statements. 
-A knowledge of change management practices and processes including communications, documentation, training, and quality assurance methodologies 
-The ability to foster and build relationships with internal and external customers at all levels. 
-A demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple activities with competing priorities; to define, prepare, review, and accurately analyze business readiness metrics and to interpret them into meaningful business communications. 
-The ability to communicate information and ideas effectively as well as listen and understand information and ideas presented by others; to comprehend information and ideas presented in writing and effectively communicate information and ideas in writing.
-Demonstrated abilities in MS Office, SharePoint, VISIO
