Complete Description:
The DC Taxicab Commission has initiated several technology modernization projects aimed at improving business processes and supporting mobile uses cases for passengers, drivers, companies, and employees. As part of this modernization effort DCTC is seeking a qualified Solutions Architect with software engineering background and experience with some or all of the applications below:
1. Salesforce CRM
2. Microsoft Power BI
3. Intuit Quickbase
4. Inquisit Learning Management System
5. Microsoft Sharepoint
6. Apple iOS mobile application development
7. Application Program Interface
DUTIES
Technical Architecture: Participate in discovery sessions to understand the client's business objectives, process map, system needs, design and implement a solution that best meets the client's requirements
Development: Lead the hands-on building of the solution leveraging core configuration capabilities of the seven in house portfolio of technologies mentioned above including workflow, JavaScript, reporting, and web services, and application program interfaces.
Project Management: develop charter, statement of work, project schedules, and manage the entire lifecycle of assigned projects from start to finish.
Other duties as assigned.
Subject to funding and performance for continuation.
