• Expert proficiency developing, implementing and executing data-driven or keyword driven testing frameworks using testing tools like Selenium, Coded UI Test (CUIT), Quality Test Professional (QTP), etc to facilitate test automation
• Expert proficiency in developing, planning, implementing and executing testing strategies, plans, methodologies and frameworks in support of Agile development
• Demonstrated ability to advise, direct, train and evaluate staff
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business and technical requirements to develop and execute test plans/strategies
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, implement and execute custom automation/manual testing frameworks
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, C++, .net and C#
