Short Description:  The Senior Architect is the leading expert for a technical development or execution environment product or set of products.

Complete Description:  Years of Relevant Experience: 3 to 5 years

Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.

Role Description: 

A subject matter expert in ServiceNow’s PPM, Time tracking and SLDC modules; with experience in configuration, customization, implementing, upgrading and integrating with ServiceNow.  The candidate should have at least 10 years ITSM experience and at least 3 years with ServiceNow.  We are looking for a diverse candidate with experience in all major ServiceNow modules - Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Request and CMS; with technical proficiency in JavaScript and workflow development.  Must also have strong communication skills able to define and develop requirements.

The contractor should be prepared to spend between 80-100% of time at the client site for the duration of this engagement.

This position may involve times where the contractor is below 50% utilization and may involve hours less than 20/week occasionally.

Ideal candidates will be either aligned with a vendor that has a ServiceNow certification or specialization or candidate has direct alignment with ServiceNow for issues/problem resolution.
