Job Description/ Responsibilities;
 
• Technical and functional expertise in Implementation of Oracle Customer Data Management Cloud 
• Should have minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle Customer Hub / Customer Data Hub implementations
• Strong experience in Oracle Enterprise Data Quality suite and various data quality processes
• Should be able to outline/describe cross-functional solution architecture; monitor and govern the implementation along with the Client Program Manager
• Should be able to co-ordinate with product business teams and solution leads
• Strong business process knowledge and ability to identify client improvement opportunities
• Lead discussions on overall solution & suggest alternative solutions
• Articulate, strong written and oral presentation skills; ability to influence. 
• Able to prioritize work to achieve deadlines, be adaptable and proactive with a positive attitude to resolving problems 
• Liaise with Business and IT teams to finalize the requirements and POC scope as necessary
• Will liaise with Business and IT teams to finalize the requirements. 
• Will be responsible for fit gap analysis, data model, process flows etc. for functional design in OCH
• Lead offshore team and coordinate various tasks for fit gap analysis and functional design (if applicable)
• Works with Architect team to prepare Customer MDM cloud road map
• Works with Architect team in finalizing Customer Data Model
• Works with architects in defining To-Be process for Customer MDM
• Supports team in developing and delivering RICE components
• Willingness to travel on short term assignments to client locations
• Ability to build and manage senior level client relationships.
• Contributes for project planning and proposal development.
