Job Duties:

·         Administer and maintain SAN (Storage Area Network) infrastructure consisting of high end storage systems including DMX, VMAXs, UPSs, USPVs and Cisco Switches.

·         Solid understanding of SAN topology and configuration, including multi-patching and failover across dual/redundant fabrics.

·         Perform daily operational tasks on Storage system such as provisioning using HDS management tools.

·         Perform zoning on Cisco switches and monitor performance using management tools such as Fabric Manager

·         Analyze and remediate operational issues as it relates to the storage infrastructure. Participate in continual analysis of new hardware/software needs and improve operational policies and procedures based on current industry’s best practices.

·         Participate in customer requirement meetings and reviews relating to customer issues. Provide hands-on storage system administration support and operations support of storage area network infrastructure.

• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
• Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a Computer related field or foreign equivalent
