Job Description/ Responsibilities:
Java/VXML/Avaya OD (orchestration designer)
Developers with IVR development experience with Avaya Experience Portal, Nuance ,Speech and Natural language application skills
IVR application development using Avaya AD
strong experience in Speech grammar development .Nuance speech grammar development + NLU is added advantage
good understanding of end to end IVR application Development cycle(From Requirement gathering to Development)
very good exposure and experience in IVR Call Flow design/VUI design capabilities
very good experience in core java and web service implementation
