There will also be the expectation to act as Scrum Master or Product Owner in some instances. We expect the TS4 to provide Agile coaching and training workshops for the development team, product owner, and other departmental positions (management, business sponsor, etc.). We are a much disciplined Scrum team, so experience in Scrum methodology is critical.
The project’s application is being written in C#.NET using MVC and Entity Framework. Experience in these technologies, as well as the fundamentals of the Agile methodology, are required. Technical expertise and Agile Scrum background will be heavily tested during the interview process.

? Understand basic fundamentals of agile and iterative development
? Understand other processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise
? Understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
? Understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team
? Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics
? Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition
? Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices
? Ability to read, understand, and create design documents
? Technical understanding of infrastructure components, their dependencies, and interactions between servers, virtual systems, networks, databases, web applications, etc.
? Ability to proactively participate in customer engagements, follow direction from lead technicians, work with customers, and participate in technical planning
? Possess strong communications skills
