Complete Description: Experience
•Minimum two years’ experience in Data Analysis / Advance Analytics, e.g. predictive modeling, statistical analysis working with big data sets
•Experience in the healthcare industry
•Bachelor’s degree/Master’s Degree/Diploma in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Operations Research, Public Health
Roles & Responsibilities
•Analyzes new areas for payment integrity concerns, and helps managers prioritize initiatives based on areas of highest potential return
•Develops queries to be implemented in HP system, and continually performs analytical checks
•Creates reports on progress of payment integrity initiatives to be shared with managers and related departments
•Evaluates raw data quality and takes corrective measures in case of issues
•Identifies potential issues or opportunities related to payment integrity.
•Leads process to analyze/scope problem, identify possible solutions, define and review test scenarios, and implement as required
•Represents results of analyses and analyzed data in a format that is relatable to interested parties
Qualifications
•Fluency in SQL / other coding language
•Software development experience in building proprietary tools or developing Excel / SQL based macros and proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
•Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
•Good math skills
•Good interpersonal skills and effective communication skills (good to have)
