EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
The formal education of Associates Degree or equivalent, or 3 years of relevant experience is required. Knowledge of Arkansas court systems and understanding of the use of technology in court applications is desired. As a representative of the AOC, the CIP Data Entry Specialist is expected to maintain a high degree of integrity, decorum and respect for court personnel at all times.
JOB DUTIES:
-Assist the CIP project with accurate, timely, and complete data entry
-Sorts and processes paperwork and manually keys in data to the case management system
-Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
-Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
-Participate in testing of training materials, software patches, upgrades, configuration, and conversion data verification
-Answers incoming telephone calls, responds to routine customer inquiries, and performs a variety of clerical duties
-Data entered will be monitored on a regular basis for completeness and accuracy
-Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
o Knowledge of Arkansas court case management practices, business processes and procedures
o Knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations regarding Arkansas court administration
o Knowledge of court terminology
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office
o Knowledge of basic record keeping procedures
o Good computer skills, interpersonal skills, and organization skills
o Ability to accurately enter information into a computer, access information from a computer, and verify information on a screen
o Ability to enter and maintain accurate data in the system
o Ability to operate equipment with speed and accuracy to ensure information is captured properly
o Ability to work independently with little supervision
o Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
o Ability to effectively multitask
o Ability to operate standard office equipment and computer software
o Ability to communicate with court personnel on all levels
o Able to follow written and spoken instructions
