Complete Description: Sr. Business Analyst (Business Process Improvement)
12-15 years of experience and comfortable operating with minimal supervision. Candidate will document and analyze the current treasury and investment environment and business processes looking for business process improvement opportunities, such as duplication of efforts, areas of automation, areas of risk, or other areas where efficiency or effectiveness could be improved.
Candidate will recommend and prioritize business process improvements based on best practices, a gap analysis, and risks identified. Candidate will also design and document new processes, including requirements gathering and business process re-engineering; develop the technical and business requirements for an RFP as part of the solution, review and help evaluate the responses and work with agency IT to implement these new processes, including selecting new products and/or services.
Required certification: CCBA, CBATL or PBA-PMI
The candidate will work onsite normal business hours Monday – Friday until project completion (up to six (6) months.
