Job Description:

Sr. Data Modeler for a long term contract role for our direct client. The ideal candidate should have a skill-set to fulfill the following requirements:

Must have at least 5 years hands-on experience designing and implementing Snowflake Schemas.

Must have 2 years of experience with Microstrategy.

Must have experience working with Erwin.

At least 5 years’ experience implementing Data Warehouse presentation layer - including design and definition of logical tables, physical sources, dimensions, columns, aggregation rules.

At least 5 years’ experience in writing advanced SQL queries, views, and optimization of SQL queries.

Implementing a virtual semantic layer (virtual Snowflake) using views on a multi-tiered normalized Integrated Operational Data Store is a huge plus.
