Responsibilities:

The Worker(s) will assist and work with other Team Members on the Business Objects and Data Warehouse Project.  The Worker(s) will be responsible for program management, planning and implementation management as well as technical interaction and communication. The duties will include but are not limited to:

• managing multiple project teams
• managing the interaction of technical components surrounding the business applications
• developing timelines and deliverables
• coordinating and communicating with Executive staff, customer groups and other impacted organizations.

8              Working knowledge of project management methodologies both traditional and Agile/Scrum

8              Experience with interacting, collaborating and communicating clearly on technical components surrounding business applications to Executive staff, customer groups and other impacted organizations.

8              Experience with working in a team environment and to promote a positive climate that fosters cooperation and teamwork.

8              Experience with identifying, analyzing and developing solutions for complex problems.

8              Experience with prioritizing and handling multiple concurrent project tasks, working under pressure, and ensure high-quality deliverables and outcomes.

5              Extensive experience with highly complex security application requirements

5              Experience with identifying risks and develop effective mitigation strategies and/or contingency plans.

5              Experience with establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.

5              Experience with working with minimal supervision and make sound decisions.

2              Experience with PeopleSoft and/or PeopleTools technology/architecture.

2              Experience with Business Intelligence technology.

2              Experience with data warehouse architecture standards, process, and methodology.

2              Experience managing a PeopleSoft/Business Objects/Data Warehouse integration and implementation project.

2              Experience with PeopleSoft QAS(QSS, QMS, QES)

2              Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government)

                PGMP or PMP certification.
