GT-App includes 4 interdependent sub modules:

  • Upgrades - a business initiative to upgrade talent and ensure we have the best people in the organization. We differentiate talent into Top, Middle and Bottom. This determines where to develop, where to retain and where to improve/replace. Upgrades fall into the "Bottom" category.
