The First in the Next Generation of Fraud Prevention Tools,Confidentialis the most comprehensive and progressive evaluation tool to help reduce risk, increase pull through rates, process more loans with less resources and improve loan quality. For single loan, batches of loans or loan pools, Confidential provides lenders and investors the most advanced decision support tools available to mitigate risk with a level of assurance unmatched in the industry.Confidential is a project intended to bring existing Confidential up and make equivalent to DISSCO (Data Integrity Search and Score) application in terms of features and functionality.
Feature 1: Add PDF Request and Response to Confidential Web Service - After the process of entering/uploading and scoring of loans, a FraudGUARD Report is generated. The report can be exported to PDF format through the UI or Web Service. DISSCO can generate PDF Report(s) through both the User Interface and through the Web Service. Investigate the fraud and not fund the loan.
Investigate the fraud and decide to clear variances.
Investigate the fraud and roll back the previously cleared variance to another state.
Provide overall "Loan Comment" and decide to send email notification.
