RMSHelper.com website was designed and maintained using NitroSell eCommerce. When a web-order is received, NSC (NitroSell eCommerce) email generates auto emails for order-status and auto updates to the web customers. An Implementation and synchronization of data between RMS database and Web store is designed with NSC .
NitroSell Integrator integrates online store into RMS and works with eCommerce solution providers. Download orders from the shopping cart database and populate payment information, customer data, transaction items, taxes and shipping charges in RMS. The project includes creation of a custom Purchasing system that enabled the Purchase order entry for all stores / warehouse through a custom window. The POS thus created were then sent to the stores / warehouse from the Microsoft Headquarters and the worksheets were created. Also was involved in the customization of Receipt templates, Purchase Order templates, Inventory Transfer templates, Work Order templates, Quote templates, as per client requirement. The customization was through modifications in XML and HTML files.

The objective was to create an add-on for the MS Small Business Manager that copies the Quote, Order or Invoice as an email in the MS Outlook.
With this add-on, when a Quote / Order / Invoice is opened in Customer module, it would display an additional "Email Document in HTML format" menu. When clicked on this menu, its event is captured. Based on the document type and document number, its corresponding data is pulled from database, an HTML document with pre-defined format is created in memory, MS Outlook application is invoked and a draft email is created with the HTML document as the body of the email along with party\'s email address.
