The Borrower/Guarantor Risk Assessment application will be used to assess the risk rating for every Borrower and Guarantor on the notes scheduled for review. Capitalone has an application called Activity Scheduler, which schedules reviews for households that have risk rating more than 6. The users then login to the Borrower/Guarantor Risk Assessment application and perform the assessment and finally submit it to the corresponding Credit Analysts based on which the credit analysts will take a decision on the household. The main reason for developing this application is to perform reviews on households damaged in the event of a natural disaster like Hurricanes or floods. The application has been fully developed by me and no team is involved.
