• Our group takes the responsibility to support the DHR on every kinds of IT operation. We collect the information about the services of DHR to the public formula the data from the service to rational database. The web site for target service is developed based on the database. I am involved in Software Development Life Cycle SDLC including analysis design development and testing of every project. The projects are all developed with Visual Studio 2012 using C and VB.Net with the backend Microsoft SQL Server 2012 with the individual features. Here is a brief list of the projects for DHR
• The employee Ticket System Serving the state employee with IT issue. I used Model View Controller MVC pattern and Entity Framework to develop the application. As the part of MVC and Entities LINQ and T4 MVC are also used here which enables program data access using intuitive native syntax and strongly typed objects in .NET Framework languages. On the UI design several elements qtip clickable markitup corner from JQuery are included to make the page user friendly.
• The Child Support Case Management The data platform for the child support law enforcement. We manage the huge amount of data from Maryland to give the organizing query and analysis function on 5 million records on Microsoft SQL Server every week. WinForms Application is built to parsing the raw data. Store Procedures with T-SQL are developed to importing summary reporting the data. The UI design is using the Infragistics Platform to support large volume of data and users. The JavaScript library from Infragistics helps us to response client side request.
• The Cost Policy Model Accounting system for Family Investment Administration FIA . We collect expense from FIA every month compile the Quarter and Annual Report with Microsoft SQL Server and Crystal Report.
• The DHR Staff Training Site Website for staff training registration document learning and video broadcasting. ASP.Net is the framework with HTML5 element for video interaction. The Crystal Report is generated on the participants for supervisor. The html editor from Infragistics help the supervisor to send the email for announcement.

My duty is developing the application on the high quality music player on Mobile Devices with the platform of Linux and Android. • Confidential is jointly initiated by the Office of Traffic and Safety at the Maryland State Highway Administration and the Traffic Safety and Operations Laboratory at the University of Maryland - College Park. I am the main developer for the Baltimore Downtown Evacuation Project.
