  • Project 2 Facility Rental App allows a user to view availability and cost of rental facilities around the district and also reserve those rental spaces with an approval process.
  • Project 3 Student Enrollment App many papers forms required for student enrollment contain repetitive fields name address etc.. so this application allows a parent to only have to enter that information once. It also allows administrators digitized access to this information which can then be easily imported into PowerSchool once application is approved.

  • Projects Project 1 Disability Services Note-taker Web Application the purpose of this project was to develop a convenient online sign-up for college student note-takers for the department of disabilities. As the project lead I used Visual Studio.Net 2005 and SQL Server 2000 to develop a web application where administrators can add and edit courses available for note taking. Potential note-takers could view available classes and sign-up as note-taker for those classes.
  • Project 2 Healthy Campus Initiative Application the purpose of this project was to develop a registry for the collection and dissemination of information about Healthy Campus initiatives. As the project lead I used Visual Studio.Net and SQL Server 2000 with stored procedures to create an online clearinghouse for schools to broadcast what they are doing to help make the campus a healthy environment for students. Directors from colleges across the U.S. could create a user name and password which would enable them to fill out a form describing specific projects they were implementing. All entered information is then catalogued in a super database for other schools to browse.
  • Project 3 Supplemental Instruction Tutor Session Application the Supplemental Instruction Program at the University of South Carolina provided to students free reviewing sessions for traditionally difficult classes. The purpose of the SI application was to allow administrators to add courses professors and SI leaders. As project lead I used Visual Studio and SQL server a database that allowed tutors to register to lead course sessions sanctioned by the professors.
