This software enables that their salary credits, work hours maintenance, work assignment, transaction history, check information, phone credits, DOC Sanctions, expenses, their deductions and all other things were taken care. The primary goal of this project is to rewrite the existing desktop version of the vast project by name Confidential from a decentralized system that was written in VB 6.0. It has many modules like Confidential- Nutrition, Confidential- Taxation etc. The old system in which each institution had its own database and functioned independently is converted to a more centralized system with only one database. Confidential had to be modeled off the existing desktop version of Confidential which is currently in use by confidential development methodology. All new HOTS web application is now in use by 27 Heinz Plants all over Unites States starting September 2006. Several Reports, Maintenance Screens and Graphs are incorporated to analyze the operation tracking effectively.
