• Confidential:- The Order Management component of the BOSS project provides the workflow to provision End Customer and Landlord orders across all in-scope service categories sent by CRM. The functionality covers the ability to decompose an order and turn it into provisioned and activated services or products, or necessary updates to OSS systems. Order Management will be responsible for creating the workflow to provision the applicable products but will rely on external systems to translate products into provisioning items, interact with the various network resources and subsystems, and maintain status of customers and back-end components.
