Project Description
Agent Freight Forwarding System (AFSYS PLUS). It helps to carry out all Shipping Related functionalities such as Booking, Documentation (Inbound and Outbound), Equipment movements. AFSYS+ includes a full fledged Customer Management system to create, maintain and monitor the business growth with Customers. It is integrated with EDI tools to generate, process the Outbound/Inbound EDI files to communicate with various Vendors, Customers and Port/ Customs Authorities. AFSYS+ includes a comprehensive Accounting module which will help Agents to carry out all basic Shipping Accounting functions.
Consignment Information System
Documents relating to Export Documentation Which are sending it to Consignee through Electronic Data Interchange by Shipper (Who is the owner of the Goods which is shipment into cargo). The document contain the information of the Bill of Lading
and information about the Goods i.e., Type of Goods, No. of packages, and Weight of goods and information about the Notifier, Consignee etc.,

Synopsis : This module handles the processes involved in the import of consignment/goods from another agent in another country. It involves the documentation for goods, the transport route details for the local as well as for the customs declaration. It is supported by CIS module which is used for exchanging the shipment details with non-Afsys using agents.

Module : Logistics Local Declaration
Synopsis : This module is closely related to the import documentation. This is used to maintain a mirror copy of the imported goods/container details for local purposes. It is used to handle the allocation and transit of imported goods/containers to ports in Southern China by using transportation through barges.

Inventory module facilitates processes of maintaining the appropriate level of stock in the warehouse and integration of inventory control module with sales, purchase and stores modules.

Purchasing department issued Purchase Orders for supplies, services, equipment, and raw materials.

Sales module includes Sales Order, Delivery Chelan and Invoice.
Stores
It maintains the appropriate level of stock in a storehouse. The activities of inventory control involves in identifying inventory requirements, setting targets, providing replacement techniques and options, monitoring item usages, merging the inventory balances, and reporting inventory status.
