Software Engineer – Confidential March 2009 – Present 
Confidential is IT based company that are providing be-spoke services including application development, application re-engineering, application Integration, mobile application development, web application development including Web 2.0 and CMS development. 
I have been working for Confidential since March 2009. I have been working in multiple projects, my main responsibilities include:

• Analysis of applications/tasks
• Developing different assigned tasks
• Testing of assigned tasks after completing development
• Helping juniors in their tasks
• Team Leading/ Project Estimations
• Bugs fixings
• Reporting

Project: jComplyLive 
jComply is the most simple and user friendly Enterprise Content and Policy Management System in the cloud. It is a policy and procedure management system with a 360° compliance lifecycle to comply with rules and regulations and develop a proactive compliance culture. 
jComply is now hosted on the reliable, flexible, scalable and secure Amazon Web Services platform. The infrastructure includes Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) and Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3). 
I am a part of this project development team. Development is under process and I actively participating in all development and leading the team as well. It’s an enterprise application developing with JAVA J2EE platform with spring framework, JSF, other third party JSF based framework Richfaces , Hibernate/JPA, My SQL server, Amazon EC2(amazon elastic cloud compute) and Amazon S3(amazon simple storage service). 

Project: Spacebox 
jComply Spacebox is a free cloud based service that allows user to store all you documents, pictures and videos and access them from anywhere. Users only require an internet connection and a browser to access their files no matter where they are in the world. 
Users can upload new versions of a file or edit a Microsoft Word document online to create a new version. Not only that, users can share their photo album with their friends which they can access without logging in or users can securely collaborate with their colleagues on a document and also exchange comments. 
Technologies used: J2EE platform with spring framework, JSF, Richfaces , Hibernate/JPA, My SQL server, Amazon EC2(amazon elastic cloud compute) and Amazon S3 (amazon simple storage service). 

Project: jComply 2.0 
jComply is a policy and procedure management system with a 360° compliance lifecycle to comply with rules and regulations and develop a proactive compliance culture. jComply enables you to create and manage policy documents using the built-in review and approval workflow, disseminates the documents to the employees, trains the employees, tests their knowledge on policies and procedures and generates reports on the company’s compliance level. 
I was part of this project development team. I actively participated in all development. It’s an enterprise application developing with JAVA J2EE platform with spring framework, JSF and other third party JSF based framework Richfaces and Hibernate/JPA, My SQL server. 

Project: Chase 4.0 
CHASE software is the flexible, cost effective solution for managing: audits, inspections, compliance assessments, testing of individual competence, completing employee perception surveys and tracking improvement actions. 
With CHASE you can:

• Effectively measure key aspects of your organisation’s performance and competence
• Improve the usefulness and quality of the data you collect and analyse
• Ensure the consistency of all your monitoring activities
• Track progress of improvement actions
• Create and monitor organisation-wide auditing and inspection plans

Chase 4 was a re-engineering project. Chase 3 is a desktop application and chase 4 is a web application version. In 1.5 years of development, I was the main team player and played a vital role, developed many complex algorithms, It was also J2EE based application with JSF 1.2, Icefaces, EJB 3.0, Japsper reports, My SQL Server 5.1. 

Project: Tyrocircle 
Tyrocircle reimagining and regenerating the modern ways of communication among academics, students and alumni’s in a safe and secure environment. This platform close the gap by reintroducing new ways for social learning and of sharing information. Goal is to enhance social engagement and collaboration in a learning environment between academics and students in a non-conventional manner. 
I am a part of this project development team. Development is under process and I actively participating. Technologies used: JAVA J2EE platform with spring framework, JSF 2.o, other third party JSF based framework Primefaces, My SQL server, Amazon EC2(amazon elastic cloud compute). 

Project: Openbravo ERP 
Openbravo ERP is the web-based ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution for Small and Medium sized Business. Openbravo ERP, the leading web-based open source ERP. 
Using Openbravo, ERP organizations can automate and register most common business processes. The following processes are supported: Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Projects, Finance and more. 
My role was to configure Openbravo application instance for clients. I took Online Openbravo Technical training.
