Led development, deployment, and operations efforts for a subset of companies’ back-office suite of applications for two options exchanges: MIAX Options, and MIAX PEARL. These included applications for billing, network data management, exchange membership management, member portal, system monitoring and statistics, and enterprise single-sign-on solution. As part of the effort managed a cross-functional team of 6 people. Championed a project to introduce higher levels of automation testing through open source frameworks as well as custom-built test harnesses. Introduced a number of additional quality, security, and governance initiatives around software licenses, vulnerability, compliance, and inventory management. Researched, procured, customized and successfully rolled out an SSO solution based on the Gluu platform. Performed project planning and estimation. Participated in change control processes for software and infrastructure delivery as well as incident management and compliance for RegSCI systems. Performed assessment, and capacity planning for infrastructure initiatives affecting back-office projects. Worked with external vendors to recruit development resources for the team.
