The Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP), a national mortgage modification program, provides eligible borrowers the opportunity to modify their first lien mortgage loans or second lien mortgage loans to make them more affordable. The Home Affordable Unemployment Program (UP), which is a part of HAMP provides assistance to borrowers who are unable to make their mortgage payments as a result of unemployment. The Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA), another Program provides opportunities for borrowers to transition to more affordable housing through a short sale or deed-in-lieu (DIL) of foreclosure when they can no longer afford to stay in their home but want to avoid foreclosure. HAMP interfaces with multiple systems including Accounting and is closely monitored by treasury. HAMP requires delivery of multiple reports and dashboards to treasury on a very regular basis. Data analysis for trending of servicer inputs and servicer incentives is the biggest task which was implemented with OBIEE.
