Ecommerce sends a partial order, OTP is only able to generate a minimal order shell. After the order shell is generated, a team member must download the job ticket, and then manually enter all the information into the order. This process is both time consuming and error prone due to human intervention. By integrating the two systems, refactoring the current interface, we hope to automate this process.
