Confidential,is a billing system used by regions to charge back the services provided to within and other regions globally. In this regard, the regions that provide the services are known as Supplying region and the regions who consume the services are known as the Consuming region.
The Supplying regions will provide the services relating to IT development, Operations, Resource Management to other regions on a monthly basis to the Consuming region. Data Retrieval is responsible for fetching data from the Database (DB2), job of the processor module is to filter, segregate the fetched data and processor implements the IRR and TWR algorithms for performance and returns performance object that keep the performance information period-wise.
