Project ESS Development Enhancement and Support

PMFS is an interface between ESS and PFPC.PMFS receives purchases exchanges transactions from PFPC thru MQ series and checks for the accounts suitability review using 16 conditions for portfolio management and creates the records in the ESA tables. To get the MRN/TRN id from PFPC for this accounts PMFS cyber fuse the file to Web service where it has File watcher which monitors the file. Once the file arrives Autosys job triggers the DB2 stored procedure to get the accounts and send to PFPC server where it generates the MRN/TRN id and updates the table. PMFS then creates the feed for the accounts having Tran id and send to ESS thru MQSeries and also maintains the status between PFPC and ESS. Created 4 reports to monitor the to and fro transactions and status of the accounts and transactions.

PENI is an interface between NSCC and PARIS system One of the Prudential Financial application . PENI is the newly developed application which receives the transactions like Orders Corrections and Settlements etc from NSCC National Security Clearing Corporation and edits the various transactions for fundserv and DCCS and calculates the dollar amount stores the transaction details into the PENI database. PENI feeds transaction details to PARIS system twice a day one at 1.00 am and other at 7.00 am in their system and receives confirmations for the transactions from PARIS updates the relevant data into the PENI database and creates the confirms/rejects to NSCC.PENI systems needs to prepare the Position files to NSCC for the dealers who have the Position file request and the frequency of the request.
