Responsible for managing, staffing, and designing a solution for Coalition Theater Logistics. The scope of this project relates to COCOM's and their involvement of plans consisting of foreign nations, international agencies, and/or NGO's, involvement in peaceful or wartime missions. This solution will be implemented in the .NET framework and work as a stand-alone unit or deployed on NIPRNET, SIPRNET, CENTRIX, or other government networks. Army Center for Substance Abuse Programs

The Army Center for Substance Abuse Programs ACSAP supports combat readiness by providing program oversight, supervision, inspection, integration, technical assistance, and training development for the operation and management of all elements of the Army's Army Substance Abuse Program ASAP . My expertise was brought onto the project to facilitate the hiring, of qualified candidates, for open positions and reengineer the solution implementation. Reengineered server farm and database farm into a complete redundant real time failover solution. Managed solutions in both the .NET and JAVA frameworks. Designed SOA architecture to collect data over 35 government agencies. Wrote SOA application in both .NET and J2EE. Migrated old ASP and .NET applications to the new J2EE server farm and Service Bus consisting or the Oracle 11g database and middleware solution set.

Joint Logistics Planning, Execution and Monitoring

Managing a project team for the Joint Chief of Staff's planning Community Logistics . I frequently traveled to customer sites for Demos, requirement gathering, etc. Projects were developed on the J2EE concept and are compliant with DISA's supporting architecture. Helped define and set policy on risk management to meet Sox compliance. Wrote an ETL system that would collect each organization's risk and consolidate for reporting to the government.

Designed and wrote a time card application for Avaya employees. This was in effort to consolidate the many time-card systems that existed in Avaya.

Switch Licensing applications

Headed up a team, of application developers, with the goal of making an application that could turn on switch feature sets and deliver a switch license from a central location. A technician could log into the system from anywhere in the world and manage a customer's voice switch and control features. This capability saved the company millions of dollars in illegal licensing and labor cost.
