• Developed Stop Id Theft, the departments' identity fraud prevention website. Built using C .net MVC architecture and powered by Oracle 11g , this website integrates data services from Lexis Nexus that's used to verify identities where potentially fraudulent tax return submissions were identified. Fluentvalidation, a validation library for .NET that uses a fluent interface and lambda expressions for building validation rules for your business objects, is utilized for input validation.
• Developed INtax, the departments' online tax preparation resource for businesses. Built using C .net MVC architecture and powered by Oracle 12c , this website provides online tax account management for businesses and tax preparation service providers. • Briljent provides technical services and software engineering solutions to State and Federal Medicare and Medicaid programs as well as training programs for Fortune 500 firms and leading national organizations.
• Developed BAM Briljent Account Manager , a solution that synchronizes employee data between Briljent and HRMS ADP . BAM encompasses several components from WCF web services to an Outlook add-in. Authentication and data retrieval was facilitated with WCF web services in C each component, Outlook add-in, web portal and the synchronization windows service BASE required authentication with BAMAuth Authentication web service . Outlook had a dedicated WCF web service, after authenticating with BAMAuth, which facilitated download of employee contact data for use in Microsoft Outlook. BAM utilized data from the HRMS to automate Active Directory user account creation/disabling. The web portal provides Outlook contact, windows service and contact group management. The web portal was built with ASP.NET 4.0. Changes to distribution/contact group list via the web portal was reflected in the users Outlook address book. BAM is only accessible internally for employee use.
• Developed TMAS, a C windows service that reconciles hours between a third-party project management solution Task and Briljent' timekeeping system. This application interfaces with Task through their Api and Briljent time keeping to reconcile hours and email notifications to the appropriate manager should TMAS detect any discrepancies.
• Developed TQC Doc Archiver, a C WPF application that utilized SQL Server as its reporting data source. TQC Doc Archiver was responsible for, determined by file contents, compiling and compressing all documents related to the TQC contract. Components of data extracted from each document combined with metadata related to each file was inserted into a database. This information was utilized to generate reports that helped determine compliance with regulatory requirements prior to project turnover.
• Enhanced CheckMate, a C WPF application merged PrestoTasko and CheckMate into one application. PrestoTasko and CheckMate was used in the QA process for CMS call center scripts built under the TQC contract. These applications parsed HTML documents and applied standard structural changes. I added a notification icon for ease of access to regularly used tasks from the notification icon menu. I also instituted WIX for application deployment. WIX is an XML based application deployment solution.
• Developed C WPF application utilized in the conversion process of CMS Centers for Medicaid Medicare Services call center scripts. This process involved parsing HTML documents and updating them structurally from one version to another.
• Developed reporting components for custom web application MAMS built on Code igniter that was used to assist in determining compliance with Medicare regulations. MAMS was built with PHP and utilized MySQL as its data storage.
