  • Currently, we are developing the communications interface between Confidential ’s legacy Amisys claims processing system and Burgess Source claim pricing system. The interface is comprised of a socket server as a Windows Service written in C# which communicates wif Amisys which is a COBOL interface. The socket server formats the d Confidential received from Amisys into JSON and sends the JSON message to Kafka to be processed by the integration layer. The integration layer authenticates and sends the request to Burgess Source via a RESTful webAPI.
