This is an upgrade and customization project, we upgraded the FileNet environment 5.0 to 5.2 and we customized the Confidential as per the business requirements. These customizations mainly involve imaging of OFTB search functionality with a Content Engine SQL query and ability to export the documents to AD's users email or to an intranet share location. This project named Confidential is an application used by Tax, Benefits and Appeals department in-order to help the users to fill the taxes and also allow them to handle their benefits and make appeals as per their requests. The paper filling were to the respective department to run through the Confidential System which creates xml file and tiff/pdf images to be sent into FileNet.
