Summary of Duties:

My duties where to provide technical support for users, from moderate to complex computer related issues, within multiple customer accounts. I acted as a helpdesk lead and account specialist for all accounts assigned. Also my duties required me to provided back-up assistance on other accounts to absorb impact on Technical support groups during the time of system outages or stat assurance.
