Passport is a web-based application that provides ad-hoc reporting for Mortgage Servicing Package (MSP) customers to generate reports against a large volume of loan data. This ad-hoc reporting process tool allows users to define and execute a query against their own MSP data and then view and export this resulting set of data as necessary.
Client Configuration is a web-based application that will allow the administration and setup of new and existing Passport customers through a common user interface (UI).
Query copy utility is a web-based application that is used to copy individual or multiple selected queries, expressions, working columns, saved conditions, FBE templates, and transaction templates from one Passport query database to another.
Megabid is a web based utility to view the Client BID related information based upon the user search criteria. It provides easy access to meta-data about individual data elements available through the Passport application, including standard, optional and custom fields.
Duties and responsibilities are analysis, design, and develop the service center tickets & enhancements. Also I involved in interaction with business analysts, interaction with clients on production problem, Testing & configuration management of application in different environments.
