The Superpool Exposure Control System SPECS basically manages the statement of values SOV of the clients of Keenan Associates. Statement values are related to the real-estate property and personal property of the clients. School districts have extensive buildings, open land, vehicles, and computer equipment etc., for which they will pay an insurance premium to cover theft and damages to the property. Keenan, acting as a TPA to these school districts, maintains a database for these property values and periodically updates the values based on the data supplied by clients. Based on these property values, the carriers calculate the premiums to be paid and send the details to the clients for payment. The application maintains the appraiser details and their due dates. A history of changed values is maintained in the application and reports such as the SOV of a building as of a particular date are generated based on this history.
