Responsibilities:- Led team of ten in design and build using IBM ODM rules engine. Project consisted of ten rule applications exposed via SOAP services on distributed, four of which were also exposed via direct COBOL call on mainframe USS.
- Provided architectural direction for analytics based ruleset - included placing heavy lifting in COBOL batch job and redesign of DB to normalized structure for later feed into ODM.
