Brief description of the applications:
1) CRM-CAT (Customer Advisory tool) is a banking CRM application specially designed for the Danske bank Advisors to help understand the customer needs and fulfill their requirements such as to promote the various banking products and also assist them in buying different packages like home loan, personal loan, day to day finance (credit cards) etc. It also helps them asses the financial situation of their client and provide them business friendly solutions and suggestions. The application is designed in such a way to maintain all customer critical information, link up to various departments and distribute the same at various levels. The evaluation sheet, customer level agreement design and print facilities are also provided.
2) CRM – Customer Messaging (Correspondence Service) Web based application designed for processing and handling customer queries. This application also provides a means of sending e-Agreements for digital signing of proposals from the bank. Many of the modern days mailing features are incorporated in the legacy system to keep it in competition with other banks.
3) CRM- MeeBs(Meeting Booking System) application is designed keeping in mind the Danske Bank Advisers for the purpose of automating the scheduling, managing, documenting all Customer meetings. This is a mainframe based application, with an interface to C# .net which in turns brings in all Lotus notes calendar information for all selected advisors at a time.
4) MCT- Multi Channel tool SAS based application specially developed for Danske Bank Marketeers’ group for designing campaigns and banners for promoting and scaling Bank products sale across five banking channels to reach customer target group.
