Description: Process receives accounts for processing, from various sources such as Mainframe Queues in FDR & GE - Host session, File-Net & Emails. All the records received irrespective of source reprocessed on the mainframe One of the process associates downloads the records from the mainframe manually and consolidates the work queues into an excel sheet. The records are downloaded on the daily basis for all the queues and reports some are except for reports for which reports are downloaded on a weekly basis. These records, which are downloaded, are distributed to associates based on simple rule i.e., called “EQUAL DISTRIBUTION”. Each user is trained to work on all the queues. Currently, there is an application tool being used by the process for scraping the records from Queues and doing equal distribution of work for the associates. This does not take care of all the queues handled by the process. Prioritization and Allocation in the Absence of the team member are not taken care of. Associates access the respective mainframe queues to work on the records. After processing, user will either PEND a record or RESOLVED it. Associate after processing a record will put the query in a PENDED state, if there is not enough information available on the mainframe to process it. Once the resolution from the client is received, the associate accesses the Pended record and processes it, otherwise s/he will put it back in PEND state.
