Washington Mutual stands as 6th position in banking services in US. Washington Mutual Card Services overtook the credit card services from the Providian. This application is used by Call Center users to process the Home loans and insurance Applications
The application supports raw SQL, macros, and functions. Once mapped, database tables can easily be selected, merged, sampled, and segmented and the resulting customers can be associated with a variety of offers. Also, the results of a campaign can be recorded, responses tracked, and the return on investment (ROI) calculated.
