- Designed, rolled-out, managed, owned, service request Rediscovery Elimination Action (REA) web app. This effort was aimed at reducing service request (SR) rediscovery in our help desk by having support engineers take action to document issue solutions and prevent future service requests from occurring. Introduced app to three major product lines including EnterpriseOne, PeopleSoft, and Fusion Applications. Over 200+ users on the system. This effort accounting for 16.5% of all SRs in these areas. 2,617 SRs were avoided and the realized net benefit was $1,427,426.
- Lead design, development, communication meetings, demos, rollout, and support of internal diagnostic search application using software technologies. App was used by a 200+ user community. It cataloged and tracked new requests for diagnostic tools & resources and allowed Oracle support engineers to quickly locate the tools & resources to help with customer technical service requests.
- Innovated approach to Knowledge Management by creating and publishing dynamic, online, context-based Q&A troubleshooting guide (using JavaScript) to help Oracle Fusion Applications customers understand when and how to use self-help and integrated product diagnostic tools.
