Support Analyst (Informatica)
Responsibilities:
- Providing L2 and L3 support, resolve tickets and complete service request within agreed SLAs.
- Design, development, testing and deployment of enhancements as required in AMS Model
- Co - ordinate with business users and functional analysts to understand and validate requirements for system upgrades and/or enhancements
- Monitoring of overnight batches and ensuring batch completion within agreed SLAs
- Perform root cause analysis for frequently occurring issues and work with cross-functional teams to ensure quick resolution.
- BS/MS in Science/engineering or an equivalent combination of education or experience
- 3-7 years of experience in design, development and implementation of data warehouse projects
- Experience in developing and maintaining ETL applications, data cleansing functions load automation, data extraction, data acquisition functions and others
- Proficiency with Linux/Unix and ability to write complex shell scripts
- Must able to perform Admin activities(code migrations, user creations, password change, security changes)
- Proficiency in coding complex SQL logic
- Must understand physical and logical data modeling.
- Be able to trouble shoot and monitor the entire (end to end) data integration environment.
- Must be able to review and monitor ETL code.
- Must understand IPC code and able to troubleshoot in case of any issues.
