ETRM Consultant and Lead Business Analyst

• As part of Endur Upgrade project from v8.x to v12.x, performed scope analysis, to gather, define and document project requirements, define test strategy and testing cycles for all Front Office, Scheduling, Risk, Back Office functional areas of Business.
• Gathered technical requirements for hosting application and database servers and performed scope analysis based on applications usage and through rounds of discussion with Support and Infrastructure teams. This included assessing as - is vs to-be load on application servers used for trade entry connex setup, intraday and end of day processes, regulatory process.
• Re-implemented position management tool (APM) for Crude Oil, Refined Products and Gas commodities as part of Endur Upgrade from v8.x to v12.x. This included design and analysis of Openlink Grid and Domain Services, back-end curves, simulations setup. • Assessed and eliminated redundant position reconciliation process for Front Office Trading and P&L risk teams and assisted in setting up of new business process.

Front Office & Scheduling Business Consultant

• Written Business Requirement documents and assessed the impact of Market Driven changes like Trayport Upgrade, ICE additional tags change, EFA-Gregorian expiry calendar change, Regulatory reporting changes on Endur and various scheduling systems.
• Designed and handled new product roll outs like Euro ICE Gas & Power Futures, CME Coal Futures, new products and schedules listed on Trayport for Gas, Power.

• Designed and modeled pricing and valuation curves, correlation surfaces, Endur based Simulations for new product rollouts like Euro Ice Gas Futures, Emissions certificates, Coal and Oil Futures and SwapFut, Power Spark Spread options. Gas Storage Solution Migration project

• Implemented the migration of spreadsheet model of Gas Storage solution to Endur including the Capacity and Storage trades and their costs, PnL reporting, inventory valuation, invoicing and accrual reporting. This also involved the reporting of storage physical and capacity trades to downstream systems for scheduling and nominations.
• Modeled and designed the gas long term contracts in Endur including design of valuation indices, defining price reset structure and impact of them on P&L reports, setting up of position spreadsheets which helped business team in analyzing short term and long term supply forecast versus demand.

• Created and maintained systems landscape and roadmap for 30 major trading, risk and scheduling systems which helped in easy impact assessment and change management of project releases across multiple systems.
