- In a project manager capacity I worked as the facilitator and coordinator between business and IT team (architecture, DEV team) to determine the pilot launch date for all the enhancements; ensuring project meets overall deliverables with breaking down the work by conducting grooming calls, daily standup, integration calls (to ensure backend process is working as expected) and demo to showcase piece by piece functionality to development, system test and business.
- In an analyst capacity worked on analyzing cross app impacts for bulk ordering processes with DVS/VISION which is the interfacing app the front end (POS) interacts with to get request and response APIs. This was especially important as this program Simply B2B looks into being able to take in bulk orders upto 99 lines or below.
- Worked on creating data flow diagrams and data decomposition diagrams to first identify the architecture for the initiative and improving code quality (jacoco quality as each microservice has unit, Integration and UI tests) and stored procedures.
- It also looked into reducing build times by working on Bulk APIs where I had to analyze those APIs and improving resilience which was to implement Netflix circuit breaker pattern and reduce auto scaling on AWS to 30 seconds.
