- Cricket uses a vendor centric development model whereby most development is by outside vendors (~20) who manage their projects independently but still under the PMO umbrella.
- Had monthly release cycles which included approximately 15-25 projects and each vendor pushes new builds as needed so there are usually multiple builds per day. Also served as ‘Downtime Manager’ which manages and coordinates the communication of system downtime for these builds.
