Monitored the performance of Production environments, as well as working with the performance testing team to modify system configuration to enhance performance.
Assisted in the design of and installed new Citrix MetaFrame server farm for new office in El Paso. The Server farm was maintained in New Jersey, consisting of a Presentation/License server, 3 App servers and a profile/terminal services server.
