  • Monitored the performance of Production environments, as well as working with the performance testing team to modify system configuration to enhance performance.
  • Assisted in the design of and installed new Citrix MetaFrame server farm for new office in El Paso. The Server farm was maintained in New Jersey, consisting of a Presentation/License server, 3 App servers and a profile/terminal services server. Spent 2 months in El Paso office training end users, troubleshooting new system and interim help desk.
