Business Problem: PayPal is a global e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet.When using the Internet to shop online or bid on items with eBay, one of the most common payment methods available is PayPal. PayPal is the easiest way to send and receive money on the Internet, and its security features and advanced features help make it like an extra digital bank account for funds. Now PayPal became a wholly owned subsidiary of eBay, its corporate headquarters are in San Jose California. One should have PayPal account to dobusiness/transactions online.

Close Account: The Close Account project is a PRPC Customer Processor Management Application. The customer should call to the CSR/Agent to close his PayPal account and provide the required details to successfully close his/her account.During the interaction with the customer the teammate will help the customer with reason around closing his or the student accounts under his account. The process involves performing system checks on the selected account. It also involves steps where the team mate is expected to perform some manual checks due to lack of services to support. The checks being performed are
